UPRIGHT INSULATED TANKS MOUNTED ON THE FLAT BOTTOM

 

The tanks are designed for long-term food liquid storing such as:

fruit juice, 
fruit concentrate, 
wine, 
milk and its dairy products, 
other food liquid and the liquid with aggressive influence onto its environment and having exceptionally high storing requirements
The tanks are offered in basic dimensions of 15.000 to 100.000litres.

PROCESSING TANKS WITH HEATING / COOLING COAT, INSULATION AND AN UPRIGHT MIXER

 

Single, double or triple-plane tanks are designed for raw material processing in the food industry. The insulation is made of mineral wool or poly-urethan foam. The insulation is covered with firmly welded sheet. The heating or cooling coat is able to work with pressures of no more than 3.5 bars to be made in quilted coat, serpent pipe or rectangular dithes technology depending on working conditions.
The tanks applications:

making liquid at various content and acidity fiat 
preventing from stored liquif splitting 
liquid with add-ons mixture 
liquid mixture to intesify processes 
add-ons preparations 
sirup and other liquid preparation.

THE TANKS FOR ASEPTIC STORING OF FRUIT JUICES

The tanks are designed for storing food agents in the aseptic conditions. It is done through washing and sterilizing processes as well as keeping ultrapressure till and before the tank is filled. The tank is equipped with aseptic fittings.

The DN50 pipe is mounted along the tank coat – welded from one side to the upper bottom and leveled at 1800mm. There is a sterile valve with the vakuomanometre at the end of the pipeline together with a filter and a fermentative pipe. DIN11851 connectors are aseptic.

The over and underpressure valves are installed. The supply joint DN20 is aseptic for washing and sterilizing with no unmounting.

THE TANKS FOR STORING DANGEROUS LIQUID

Tanks are designed for storing some dangerous, harmful, toxic, poisoneous, caustic, flammable liquid according to the regulations.

The Industry Ministry Regulation dated from 18th September 2001about the technical requirements for technical supervising which the non-pressure and low-pressure tanks should apply to and which are designed for storing liquid flammable materials. 
The Industry Ministry Regulation dated from 16th April 2002 about the technical requirements for technical supervising which the non-pressure and low-pressure tanks should apply to and which are designed for storing poisoneous or caustic materials.

The table contains basic data about the dimensions of the tanks to be produced by Spomasz Zamość S.A. Dimensions modifications are possible. The capacity is calculated for the up-right tanks to be leg-placed with the cone-bottom at the ankle of 15 degrees.

Options

General information

Basic equipment is as following:

  • W1 - bottom mainhole,
  • W2 - upper mainhole,
  • P1 - pipe liquid gauge,
  • P2 - hydrostatic level measurement,
  • O1 - vent with a net,
  • C1 - CIP system,
  • K1 - release / power connector,
  • K2 - level sensor connector,
  • K3 - temeperature sensor connector,
  • K4 - aseptic samples dispenser tap,
  • M1 - sideways mixer,
  • M2 - up-right mixer.

The tanks design and make enable their washing using CIP system. The CIP system enables washing the components to be the tank equipment such as mixers, mainholes et cetera. Selected variants can be additionally sterilized with steam.
