Processing equipment

The pasteurization tunnels or multi function tunnels of Corfill International are completely built in stainless steel. Their constructional feature is the modularity, which allows us to propose functional solutions, on single or double level, allowing the customer to optimize space and energy consumption. They are equipped with PLC and operator interface, allowing the customer to optimize the cycle time and the energy used to accomplish the work, minimizing the operating costs of the machine.
 

Features:

The high energy efficiency of the machine is guaranteed by the special shape of the spraying nozzles and a careful study of their distribution.

The flexibility of our project, let us have the following functions with a single tunnel:

  • Cooling tunnel
  • Cooling Shower
  • This machine is used as a coolers for hot filled products.
  • Warming tunnel
  • Heating Shower

This machine is used as a heater for cold filled products. This method prevents the condensation which may cause damage to the product being bottled. 

The tunnels can be integrated into new Turn Key lines or existing lines.

New design for pumps pieces Giotto. Ability to process products containing pieces with maximum size of 40 mm.

Easy maintenance, maximum capacity of 8.000 l / h continuous operating pressures of 10 bar. Maximum operating pressure of 15bar.

  • Cylinders Compression duplex stainless steel (SAF2205) high mechanical strength and corrosion
  • Transmission system with rack and pinion planetary gear, everything controlled by tachometer and inverter
  • Number 2 asynchronous motor 380/440V.50/60Hz 4-pole, kw 5.5 kw 4 pole electric fan from 0.95Kw 4 pole 230/400V.
  • Automatic lubrication system with pump and reservoir for the moving parts.
  • Supply valve with inductive position sensors DN65 to increase the flow section and facilitate the entry of the product into pieces.
  • Drain Valve DN50 with inductive position sensors
  • Proximity sensors to control and protect moving parts
  • Complete valve with pneumatic actuator controlled remotely
  • Electric stainless steel placed directly on the machine, complete with PLC, operator panel,inverter, and everything necessary for the proper functioning of the pump automatically.
