Operating cycle includes three phases: dough feeding, production shaping and selection.
The shaping centrifuge determines dimensions of the product and is made up of feeding endless screw, knives and interchangeable grid (diameters 6-8-10 mms) which is the same as used for all models. The selection (or sifting) phase separates the final product from the one to be recycled, thus determining actual output of the machine, which decreases the more the machine carries out accurate selection.
Model GR600/2 with variable outputs from 400 up to 600 Kgs per hour are made up of the following:
Collection basin for homogenization of dough;
Endless screw transfer device to the shaping centrifuges;
2 pcs or 4 pcs shaping centrifuges (depending on model);
3-vibrating-plane selecting device with interchangeable cloths and recover plane connected to the pnematic transport system for waste recover;
Electric control panel equipped with PLC to set and store operation speed by keyboard
