Ideal machine to shape and select grated pasta, soup pasta, cous-cous. Built entirely in stainless steel this pasta machine is suitable for shaping and selecting small grated pasta, soup pasta, cous-cous.
Operating cycle includes three phases: dough feeding, production shaping and selection.
The shaping centrifuge determines dimensions of the product and is made up of feeding endless screw, knives and interchangeable grid (diameters 6-8-10 mms) which is the same as used for all models. The selection (or sifting) phase separates the final product from the one to be recycled, thus determining actual output of the machine, which decreases the more the machine carries out accurate selection.
Model GR600 can receive up to 400 Kgs per hour approx., and is made up of the following:
hopper for receiving dough, which can be adapted to various models of mixer or extruder, equipped with grating and security micro switch;
vibrating sifting device diam. 600 mm. composed of 1 pc shaping plane (diameters available 2,5 - 3 - 4 mms.) and 1 pc recover plane with pneumatic transfer of the product to the mixer.
