XENIA represents our flow meter filling machine family.

The flow meter technology applied to Xenia, guarantees the possibility to fill the product with no contact between the filling nozzle and the container, with evident cleaning advantages.
The filling valve accuracy is guaranteed by the use of the most modern electronic instruments, integrated with a sophisticated design and customized software.
From 3.000 up to 80.000 bph ranges the speed of XENIA filler family.
XENIA  can handle all the 3 main containers currently on the market: PET (XENIA NH), GLASS (XENIA G), CAN (XENIA  C).
XENIA  is proposed in many different technological versions:
The products which can be treated, with the XENIA family fillers are:

  • Mineral water
  • Juices
  • Wines
  • Liqueurs
  • Edible oil
  • Ice Tea
  • Dairy

The range of temperature for the products filling is from ambient up to 98°C.
Thanks to the XENIA  project flexibility, we can propose the filler in different configurations:

  • Free standing (filler alone).
  • Monoblock (filler and capper).
  • Triblock (rinser , filler and capper).
  • Quadriblock (rinser, piston filler, filler, capper).
  • Multiblock (rinser, filler, with more than one capping turret).

The pasteurization tunnels or multi function tunnels of Corfill International are completely built in stainless steel.

Their constructional feature is the modularity, which allows us to propose functional solutions starting from 3 up to 200m2, on single or double level, allowing the customer to optimize space and energy consumption.

They are equipped with PLC and operator interface, allowing the customer to optimize the cycle time and the energy used to accomplish the work, minimizing the operating costs of the machine.
 
Features:
The high energy efficiency of the machine is guaranteed by the special shape of the spraying nozzles and a careful study of their distribution.

The flexibility of our project, let us have the following functions with a single tunnel:

  • Cooling tunnel
  • Cooling Shower
  • This machine is used as a coolers for hot filled products.
  • Warming tunnel
  • Heating Shower

This machine is used as a heater for cold filled products.
This method prevents the condensation which may cause damage to the product being bottled.
 
The above mentioned advantages can be achieved with a single machine with different types of containers such as:

  • Glass Bottles
  • PET bottles
  • Aluminum or tin plate cans

The tunnels can be integrated into new Turn Key lines or existing lines.

Corfill International rinsers are produced in several versions to meet the customer’s needs and can be used for PET, glass, shaped or round containers.

The spraying nozzle can be fixed or movable according to the container to be treated.

Rinsers can be supplied in the following versions:
  • With own motor as free standing unit
  • With mechanic or electronic synchronism with refining group
  • As turret to be installed on base frame monoblocks

The beverage dosing and preparation systems of CORFILL International are the most modern and flexible answer to the production needs of the customers.

Corfill International plate pasteurizers are completely made of stainless steel.

There are many products that can be treated with our pasteurizers: fruit juices, beer, wine, carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, RTD beverages, dairy products.

The products can be: clear products, with fibers, pulp or fruit pieces.

Corfill International washing systems are provided with the most modern technologies.

The great versatility of this product allows the placement of the washing systems both into new turn key lines as into existing ones.

We study, design, realize and produce conveyors for bottles and cans of low, medium and high production capacity.

Our experience allows us to study and solve the different problems which may rise in the production of high capacity lines, such as speed, the bottles alignment and specially the noise that is kept under the level allowed by the laws. With the use of frequency variation of drive units we can get the speed control according to production needs and bottles flow, obtaining the maximum line efficiencies.

The "NORA" gravity filler is an automatic rotary machine suitable for filling flat liquids in glass and / or PET containers.
For the filling of PET bottles only, the machine is "Neck Handling" (NH) with handling of the bottles from the neck, without the need for replacing the stars.
For the filling of glass bottles in combination with PET bottles, the machine will be equipped with bottle lifting jacks that, if you had to work with PET bottles, would be replaced by the "NECK HANDLING" application.
For filling only glass bottles ("G" version) the machine will be equipped with bottom-up bottles jacks, as well as relative transfer stars and input auger.
The machine can be supplied both in single execution and in monobloc with rinser and / or capping machine.

  • Base with lower structure and stainless steel perimeter. Carbon steel end table, worked on machine tools, covered with a stainless steel sheet. On request, the base can be supplied completely in stainless steel, with a tilted upper surface.

Sara represents our counter pressure filling machine family;
An automatic rotary machine ,suitable for still and carbonated liquids filling , in PET or Glass containers.

For PET filling , the machine is supplyed with "Neck Handling" device (NH) : This special device allows the filler to move bottles by handling them by the neck ,without requiring any stars replacement.

For Glass filling (G version) , the machine will be supplyed with lifting jaks from below , as well as transfer stars and incoming augers.

If the customer needs to fill both PET & Glass bottles , the machine will be supplied with removable lifting jacks , that if necessary they'll be removed and replaced with NH system

Sara represents our counter pressure filling machine family;
An automatic rotary machine , suitable for still and carbonated liquids filling.
The model SARA C has been specifically created for CANS filling.
 
Filling valves fall on the cans inlet (without lifting jacks cans) to allow greater stability of the empty cans.
The filling level is adjustable in height via an external cam, with a field up to 15 mm. CO2 injection before filling to reduce oxygen uptake.
The filler is designed for connection in synchronization with a crimping machine, from which it receives movement through a cardan shaft or electronic mark.
