To complete the range of “turnkey” products, AMS Ferrari has developed a business unit specialised in process technologies in the food & beverage sector.

In regards to “beverage”, in addition to traditional machines such as saturators, premix systems and pasteurisers, our production also includes a CSD syrup production room, juice preparation rooms, and rooms for the receiving and transformation of dairy products.

The height of automation is achieved through the control rooms, where the entire process is developed. Moreover, for the mineral water sector, AMS Ferrari has developed important expertise in water treatment systems, using the most sophisticated technology, from ozone through to ultra-filtration.
In collaboration with specialised companies, AMS Ferrari also offers the production of purées and juices starting directly with the fruit, vegetables and tomatoes.

ESL milk, yoghurt drinks, liquid eggs, delicate non-carbonated liquids.

The latest novelty for the milk and delicate product filling system is the electronic filling machine, the INFINITY series, specifically formulated for an extremely broad range of sensitive products such as milk, flavoured milk, yoghurt, yoghurt drinks, fruit juices and dairy products with fruit pieces. Electronic flow meters control the filling process.

Machine cleanliness is guaranteed by an efficient sterilisation system (CIP / SIP). In terms of precision and reliability, the “Infinity” series is superior to any other filling system. The technology has been developed to satisfy all specific “shelf life” requirements.

Market demand for single dose bottles is now on the rise, not only for liqueurs, but also for oil, vinegar (spicy condiments) and creams. As such, AMS Ferrari has developed an innovative syringe type filling system, characterised by high filling precision, for both glass and PET bottles. Moreover, new technologies have also been developed for bottle capping systems, with dosing and flip top caps.

With these machines it is possible to fill the most varied types of liquids: very dense liquids like disinfectant gel, ketchup, tomato paste, jams, very foamy like detergents and very delicate like milk. The Infinity series is equipped with the flowmeter system that measures the quantity of liquid with a very high level of precision controlled by a special software.

Oil, vinegar, sauces and in general all liquids without electrical conductivity.

The pride and joy of the AMS FERRARI technical and electronics department is this new “electronic” filling machine, whose main characteristic is the electronic filling system with flow meters, able to guarantee the right amount of filling liquid with utmost precision. The remarkable ease of cleaning, sanitisation and sterilisation mean it is also suitable for more delicate liquids such as milk and its derivatives.

The machine is equipped with flow meters that are controlled by dedicated software, which measures the amount of liquid with utmost precision (± 0.15% per litre).

Container filling occurs by simply feeding the liquid from the central storage tank through the dedicated pipes to the flow meter and filling valve; the requested volume can be set from the control panel and the system automatically controls the opening and closure of the aseptic valve. The machine is preconfigured to be connected to the sanitisation treatment (CIP / SIP). The entire circuit can be completely sanitised and allows the filling of very “delicate” liquids. The dispenser has been studied and designed to allow complete sanitisation of all its parts and to avoid dripping. The filling device is the “No bottle – No filling” type. The electronic control of filling can be regulated even while the machine is running.

Vacuum and gravity filling systems. For still liquids, AMS FERRARI builds machines, which in addition to their simplicity of operation are also equipped with accessory equipment allowing the filling of: – Dense liquids, such as syrups – Liquids requiring Sterile Ultra clean filling – Liquids requiring Hot Filling – NO OXYGEN systems – Self-levelling systems.

Highly flexible machines, therefore, able to adapt to different types of containers: Glass, PET, PE. Filling machines in this series operate based on the “at level” filling principle.

Hot filling systems. Hot Filling models are machines that work with a high vacuum system (HFCV) for glass bottles and a compensated vacuum for PET bottles. They are equipped with automatisms that control the temperature of the liquid and allow filling only at the set temperature.

On request, a system can also be introduced to limit the amount of recirculation for more delicate liquids. Special filling valves allow HOT Filling also in non-crystallised PET bottles.

AMS Ferrari proposes the Gravity Formula 1 filling machine in three versions: GG Glass with pistons, GP Pet with neck-handling and GP Rapid with movable valves.
This great flexibility allows us to adapt the machine to the container and product with increasingly higher performance.

The union of the 3 filling models with relative rinser or blow moulder or steriliser, together with appropriate capping units, allows clients the broadest possible choice of solutions to suit their individual needs.

The addition of accessories such as No Oxygen and Self-levelling completely satisfies all gravity filling needs.

Filling lines for carbonated liquids

Carbonated water, carbonated soft drinks (CSD), beer, cider, energy drinks, sparkling wines, spumante.

The consolidated experience of AMS FERRARI in isobaric filling makes it possible to offer clients machines with decidedly higher-than-average performance levels, with foamless or controlled foam filling even at temperatures of around 15°C. For all types of liquids: Beer, Water, Soft Drinks, Spumante, Sparkling Juices, AMS FERRARI uses “DEDICATED” technology for controlled filling.

Isobaric technology is implemented not only to fill glass bottles using a traditional system, but also PET bottles using a Neck Handling system. The machines are equipped with supplementary anti-bursting protections (for bottles) for added operator safety. The production rate starts from from 1,000 bph up to 40,000 bph.
