The consolidated experience of AMS FERRARI in isobaric filling makes it possible to offer clients machines with decidedly higher-than-average performance levels, with foamless or controlled foam filling even at temperatures of around 15°C. For all types of liquids: Beer, Water, Soft Drinks, Spumante, Sparkling Juices, AMS FERRARI uses “DEDICATED” technology for controlled filling.

Isobaric technology is implemented not only to fill glass bottles using a traditional system, but also PET bottles using a Neck Handling system. The machines are equipped with supplementary anti-bursting protections (for bottles) for added operator safety. The production rate starts from from 1,000 bph up to 40,000 bph.

Automatic unit designed for the beer bottling of microbreweries, composed of three stations that work on a single stainless steel base:

  • Rinsing
  • Isobaric filling
  • Capping with crown caps

Designed to satisfy the needs of small producers, this unit can reach a production rate of up to 3000 bottles (33 cl) per hour. The “MONOBLOCK” solution guarantees perfect synchrony of the rotational movement and the elimination of any friction thanks to the centralised motorisation. It also helps to prevent bottle deposits and poor use of space.

The gaskets, which comply with regulations regarding the treatment of food-grade products, are selected to resist against the aggression of disinfecting agents such as peracetic acid, caustic soda and chlorine, and to resist against steam up to a temperature of 130°C. The three stations can be adjusted in height either manually or electronically (on request). The filling machine can be equipped with pre-evacuation and foamer to prevent the absorption of oxygen.

Modern techniques and special materials place our can filling and closure lines for microbreweries at the highest level of reliability. The ergonomic solution and accessories allow immediate and simple use of the monoblock. The injection of inert gas into the can before filling, thus completely eliminating any air inside, and the injection of gas before seaming, prevent the absorption of any oxygen in the beer, thus ensuring the highest quality of the canned product.

In this new machine, precision electronics are integrated with mechanics to obtain the most reliable and high-performing filling technology.

The result is a completely automatic isobaric filling machine without mechanical cams for opening, closure and venting that need to be manually moved, and with the added benefit of being able to regulate all functions using a simple software.

For all types of bottles and filling liquids, a “recipe” is inserted and the functions automatically adjust to the parameters specified by the operator by simply pressing a button on the touchscreen.

Modern techniques and special materials place our can packaging lines at the highest level of productivity. The ergonomic solution and accessories create a “feel good factor” in staff, which increases productivity, creates stability and a safe company return. The ideal conditions for the filling of Carbonated Soft Drinks (without foam) at high speed and acceptable temperatures for direct packaging, are created by the following characteristics:

  • The central tank containing the filling product is smaller in size.
  • The air is returned in a separate pipe.
  • Constant pressure filling with absolute isobaric system.
  • Return to ambient pressure through a reduction in the controlled pressure.

Isobaric TestaRossa BEER machines are suitable for beer filling thanks to the particular attention afforded to the constructive design of the feeder and tank. The implementation of the double flushing system guarantees maximum evacuation of the oxygen from the bottle before filling. Additional measures such as foaming in output ensure the high-quality standard of the bottled product.
