SEMI-AUTOMATIC CLIPPER, LINKED TO FILLER, SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPE OF CASINGS (NATURAL, COLLAGEN, FIBROUS OR PLASTIC CASING) WITH TWO H-2700 ALUMINIUM CLIPS (ON STRIP OR SPOOL) . UP TO CALIBER 100 MM WITH PLASTIC CASING.
Can produce single sausages, string of sausages (2 or more pieces , with or without loop at the tip) or ring sausages (both tips linked with string). Programmable from HMI screen. Our exclusive clip centering system reduces the effort required to pull the lever down, thus reducing casing tension drastically, preventing casing burst and closing the clip on product axis. PLC allows setting several parameters and options to optimize production and adapt the process to every type of product and casing. Pneumatic brake can modify the applied pressure during filling and clipping, so SK5-100 clipper is even more polyvalent.
