FREY vacuum stuffers are well-known for their high quality and flexible usability. The technical structure consists of a housing and filling hopper completely made of stainless steel. 

The core of the rotor pump is a vane cell conveyor system made of stainless steel.

The performance of the production of sausages in natural casings can enormously be increased by using the casing spooler DA2012/2013 from FREY. Due to the automatic spooling the time for changing casings is extremely reduced. The casing is being spooled onto the nozzle very carefully and safely. DA2012/2013 can be used for all natural casings such as sheep or hog casings.

This attachment can be used on all vacuum stuffers from FREY.

Thanks to the FREY rotary pumping system, the product is pumped out and continuously sent to the grinding system. The grinding process and production time can be reduced. Before feeding the product into the loading tube, it is ground to the size of the final granulation.

F-LINE F60 compact and powerful

F-LINE  the  new  filler generation  of  FREY F60 is a vacuum stuffer for smaller production plants.
F-LINE F60 offers the same functions as bigger  vacuum stuffers and is therefore a great success regarding the price and performance.
F60 masters every kind of filling such as straight-filling, portioning and linking.
The large dimensions of the chambers care for your product and ensure good production results.

F60 works with a well conci-pated rotor system made of stainless steel. The rotor is extremely resistant due to a plasma coating. No wearing out problems due to a well-thought construction and a most favourable material combination.
The vacuum pump is sucking off resting air bubbles (gaps) from the product. You get a perfect sausage aspect - the subsequent natural reddening is improved.

Vacuum sausages stuffer F-line 193 FREY
With the Peek-Cam-system a new material combi-nation is used which concentrates the wearing out on only one part of the rotor system and ensures a higher service life. The rotor system works with highest portioning exactness and the new geome-try of the chambers ensures an optimum sucking in of the filling material. The result is an optimum sausage aspect, also of critical sorts. 
In connection with the most modern FREY- control and drive technology the rotor system of  
F-LINE F193 achieves highest portioning exactness, also by producing high quantities. The maximum portioning speed is abt. 600 portions/minute.

F-LINE F193 manages to do portioning and linking of different types of casings such as natural and artificial casings, tins or as leading pump for attachments.

F-LINE F193 has a divisible hopper of 250 liters.

  • The divisible hopper facilitates the intermediate cleaning as well as the charging of the hopper with small quantities for often changing the sausage type.
  • The counter screw can be dismoun-ted, therefore the best hygienic conditions are guaranteed.

Lifting device
F-LINE F193 can be delivered with or without a hydraulic lifting device for norm trolleys.
The stirring device, which is controlled by the transporting capacity and the meat guiding in the neck of the hopper ensure a continuous filling of the rotor chambers. A fast emptying of the machine as well as a quick change of sorts is guaranteed.


Hopper
F-Line F193 is delivered with a divisible 250-liters-hopper which is usually charged by means of a lifting and dumping device. For cleaning purposes the foot step can be tilted out. For opening or closing the hopper is assisted by a integrated shock absorber.
