MAC 60

Pasta extruders equipped with double basin suitable for continuous production of fresh pasta of the short, long and sheet kind, which can be obtained with any types of flour. These pasta machines are particularly suitable for pasta shops and large communities. Entirely built in stainless steel they are to the international, hygienical and safety rules.

MAC 60 VR

Pasta machine equipped with speed variator enabling variable output, particularly suitable for direct coupling with machines for ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti production.

VACUUM VERSION

Special version with vacuum extrusion device enabling to obtain more homogeneous dough and final product which is more colourful and air bubble-free.

Models equipped with the following:

  • automatic pasta cutter;
  • fan for pre-drying of pasta;
  • dismountable shafts of mixers.

Optionals:

  • vacuum extrusion device and relevant pump;
  • vertical extrusion head;

MAC 120

Макаронные экструдеры оснащены двойным бункером, подходящим для непрерывного производства свежих макаронных изделий короткого, длинного и листового типа, которые можно получить с любыми видами муки. Эти машины особенно подходят для пунктов общественного питания. Они полностью изготовлены из нержавеющей стали и соответствуют международным правилам гигиены и безопасности.

MAC 120 VR

Машина для производства макаронных изделий оснащена вариатором скорости, обеспечивающим переменную мощность, особенно подходит для прямого соединения с машинами для производства пельменей, тортеллини и капеллетти.

ВАКУУМНАЯ ВЕРСИЯ

Специальная версия с вакуумным экструзионным устройством, позволяющая получить более однородное тесто и конечный продукт, который будет более красочным и без пузырьков воздуха.

To obtain fully automated, continuous production we have engineered this Extruder equipped with Centrifuge Pre-Mixer

Pasta machine engineered on the basis of the consolidated experience and reliability of model MAC 100 - MAC 180, onto which a centrifuge pre-mixer of new conception has been fitted so as to obtain fully automated, continuous production.
The pre-mixer enables homogeneous mixing of all ingredients making up the dough, which then undergoes hydration and extrusion.
Particularly suitable for production of superior quality pasta, to be part of production lines for short and long pasta.

The models equipped with speed variator are especially suitable for production of sheet pasta in direct coupling with forming machines for ravioli, cappelletti, etc.
Model MAC 120 C-200 is equipped with head suitable for pasta die diam. 200, pressure control device and electronic speed variator for the extrusion screw.

Model equipped with the following:

  • structure entirely made in stainless steel;
  • volumetric doser for flour;
  • dosing pump for liquids;
  • centrifuge pre-mixer with dismountable blades;
  • extrusion cylinder with cofferdam for water cooling;
  • adjustable speed pasta-cutting unit with relevant knives.

Model MAC200 VC is equipped with vacuum extrusion device aiming to remove air microbubbles from dough while the extrusion cylinder is equipped with safety pressure switch for the control of extrusion pressure.

Согласно опыту использования MAC-320 в производстве, эта модель была запатентована с центробежной технологией предварительного смешивания. В результате чего получилось модели, которые выпускают макароны (короткорезанных, длинорезых и специальные форматы макарон ввиде гнезд, лазаньи, квадруччи или кеспе) высокого качества.

The most complete and reliable extruder of its range. The consolidated experiences with models MAC 300 and MAC 500 were renovated together with the patented centrifugal pre-mixing technology.
The result is this more than 600 kgs per hour producing unit, which is continuous and producing superior quality pasta (short, long or sheet pasta). 
The MAC 600 VRC version is suitable for production of short pasta with round vertical head. 
The MAC 600 VRL version is suitable for production of long pasta with linear head to be combined with automatic spreading machines, nesting machines, lasagne machines, etc. Made in stainless steel these extruders are to the international standards.

The new series of Extruders model MAC 400 - 700 - 1000 has been engineered and manufactured by highly technological series equipment, thus being particularly suitable for the production of special shapes of high quality pasta. The fully automatic and independent Extruder is equipped with all components required for running on board of the machine, among which Cooling plant by closed-loop temperature-control system, vacuum pump and electric control panel. The Extruders are equipped with reliable and modern components connected to a running-friendly electronics but they also keep all those traditional processes unchanged that enable to obtain really high quality product. This can be obtained thanks to use of a proper and exclusive, patented Centrifuge pre-mixer, double mixing basin enabling sufficient hydration times and compression screw made by variable geometry, special profiling.

Model equipped with the following:

  • Patented centrifuge pre-mixer mod. T1000;
  • PLC for accurate control of raw materials dosing devices, setting of recipes and production lots;
  • N.2 working stations equipped with “soft touch” panels at the operator’s disposal for total control of the Extruder functions (dosages, speeds, levels, alarms, safety);
  • Double mixing basin in stainless steel and “total vacuum” extrusion device fitted to the extrusion basin;
  • Extrusion group driven by parallel-axle gearbox and thrust bearing in oil bath, equipped with compression screw by differentiated profiling between the loading area and the compression area;
  • Die head equipped with electronic pasta cutter and hot-air ventilation device;
  • Hydraulic power unit used for automatic extraction of compression screw and pasta die;
  • Automatic temperature-control system for independent control of the start-up and maintenance temperatures of both extrusion cylinder and dieholding head.

  • Flour feeding from loading hopper and flexible conveyor to the doser;
  • Extra egg-dosing device complete with flux regulator;
  • Extra doser for flour/durum wheat flour;
