Small pasta line by exceptional performances, considering high output of well over 300 Kgs per hour, and extreme flexibility (several diameters and lengths can be produced): furthermore, the pasta extruder can be used to produce short, long and sheet pasta.

This pasta equipment is composed of the following:
1 pc. extruder mod. MAC 100 VR equipped with speed variator;
1pc. filling-feeding pump with speed variator for quantity dosage, fully dismountable and washable;
1 pc. star-shaped die, fully dismountable and washable composed of interchangeable inserts for cannelloni, max. diameter 40 mms., min. diameter 18 mms.;
1 pc. pneumatic-, guillotine cutting device composed of 2 off conveyor mats with adjustable speed and height. This device can be fitted in front of the pasta die or after the Pasteurizer or Cooker.
