The module DONI®Pack 2.6 has two operational positions. It is designed for the packing of cottage cheese . The process is completely automated and is controlled by sensors which stop the module in case of failure of some of the operational positions. The packaging is plastic. It is available in different shapes and weights depending on the client's specific requirements.
The weight is regulated in two ranges:
- volume doser 50 g to 200 g;
- volume doser from 100 g tо 500 g.
The module DONI®Pack 2.6 requires CIP cleaning.

The ML-C 2600 is the economical thermoforming machine that does a great job in small to medium sized companies! With a total length of compact 3.7 m, this thermoformer fits any location. He manages to create high-quality packaging quickly and inexpensively in the smallest of spaces.

With a total size of just 3.7 m, the ML-C 2600 marks the compact entry into thermoforming and fits into nearly any place of use. This thermoformer is ideally suited for small or medium production and allows operation from both sides of the machine. Should preheating be applied, the loading zone is not reduced, optional pluggable forming inserts allow a product change-over within minutes.
Depending on specification, the ML-C 2600 can process rigid films up to 600 μm with a width of up to 422 mm in height repeat lengths up to 300 mm.

The thermoforming packaging machine ML-C 3600 is designed for  medium to high production requirements. Many customization options allow for individualized packaging and optimal packaging line integration.

ML-C 3600 The modular ML-C 3600 is built precisely according to your packaging specifications and is perfectly fit for medium productions and prepared for plenty of extra options. The machine length can be extended from an economic 4.5 m up to a stately 15 m. Depending on specification, the ML-C 3600 can process rigid films up to 600 μm with a width of up to 462 mm in repeat lengths up to 400 mm.

ML-C 5600 The thermoforming machine ML-C 5600 meets the highest demands for industrial sized production while it is designed for large production environments and is suited for high-speed operation. With its film width, repeat length/index and optimized lifting movement, the machine is ideal for automated operation in a packaging line with integrated slicers, pick-and-place robots, multi-head weighers etc.

The innovative lifting system including compact hygienic cylinders and a double knee lever ensure a high closing pressure of the format die for precise movements and formidable packaging designs. To reduce compressed air consumption, a combination with individual stroke adjustment and lifting are simple but efficient. Also, vacuum valves are placed directly at the die. This means even shorter ways to create vacuum and that adds up to a quicker production. Depending on specification, the ML-C can process rigid films up to 1.200 μm with a width of up to 562 mm in repeat lengths up to 600 mm.

The thermoforming packaging machine ML-C 5600-skin is designed for medium to high production requirements and is already a fixture in the food market. The deep-drawn skin packaging is an additional packaging function to the ML-C 5600, which has been further developed according to the criteria of the WEBOMATIC CleanDesign® and the properties of the ML-C 5600.

Skin packaging is an additional variation which has been further developed according to the properties of the ML-C 5600. With a thermoformed skin pack, your product receives a skin-tight enclosure of a clear-transparent top film. This special skin film is being sealed full-surface onto the bottom film without impairing the product. The result is a pack of excellent quality with enhanced food safety and the best possible product presentation – no matter if the product is presented hanging or lying at the point of sale.

The module is designed to take the product out of the mould after pressing and to transport the mould to the conveyor belt which transports it for cleaning. The module is individually designed depending on the sizes of the moulds.

The module is designed for the extracting of the cooled product from the block moulds. The block mould is lifted from the draining board and transported above the product conveyor belt. The product is pushed out of the block mould with pneumatic pistons and taken away for packaging. The empty block mould is placed back on the draining board and transported for washing.
DONI®Mouldmatic PRD is integrated in automated lines for production of hard, semi hard and semi soft pasta filata type cheese.
