The automation for sliding doors SC type is based in a system with motorgear, thanks to the worm reduction gear, the door is manually-movable in case of power failure.

The motion transmission between the door leaf and the motorgear is via a toothed belt. The control box is made in white anti-corrosion IP65 ABS. The connections between the control and the motor are pre-wired thanks to a fast strong connector in the lower part of the ABS box.

The control software is an Incold exclusivity. The operating voltage is 220V, 50 Hz. The control of the door leaf positioning is controlled by an encoder installed in the motorgear. The adjustment of the door speed is controlled by an inverter and an encoder. A color display with

Touch screen technology, installed on the external side of the control box, allows to control the opening and closing of the door. Through the display you can easily adjust and control the door functions such as speedy, acceleration/ deceleration ramps, partial opening, automatic reclosing, count of the openings, status of the safety devices. The main crush-prevention safety device is a sensitive bar resistant type located on the vertical edge of the door leaf which, in case of collision with an obstacle, instantly blocks the door and reverses the motion, sending a signal to the panel by means of wireless system.

A “transmitter-receiver” photocell, in addition to the sensitive bar, prevents physical contact between the door leaf in motion and the obstacle, blocking the door instantly and reversing its motion in order to ensure the function and durability of the sensitive bar.

All doors model SC are in compliance with standard EN 13241-1 and 1 and are subject to initial type testing by a notified organization that has issued the marking. Therefore, all doors are marked with an identification label with the marking.

Door for “Controlled Atmosphere” cold rooms for preservation and ripening where the internal temperature is not lower than -5°C; it guarantees the hermtic seal of the cold room.

A - Frame in plastic material internally reinforced in steel, white, with gasket tightening handwheels to ensure the gas seal.

The sliding doors series SC 09 TNG with rail passage suitable only for positive temperatures, consists of 6 main parts as described below.

The PVC strip curtains are suitable for separating different working areas and they serve as flexible barriers next to isothermal doors, to reduce the thermal loss or the entry of hot air (to prevent condensation) during the daily operation of opening and closing.

They are made of:

  • Plastic support in dark grey color consisting of a profile to be fixed to the panel by self tapping screws and a plastic covering molded as part of the same support, to cover the structure and to give an aesthetical enhanced result, easy to clean and without sharp edges, (dowels available on demand).

The Transparent Flexible Doors of the CFD series are an effective barrier to the passage of air through isothermal doors in the event they remain open due to intensive traffic, whether pedestrian or trolleys. They offer maximum protection against heat loss, controlling energy consumption.

They are also a valid solution in case a dividing door with maximum visibility is required.

The CFD series doors are available in the single- or double-leaf versions, consisting of:

  1. A special stainless steel and aluminium gravity hinge with two-way rotation forms the load-bearing structure of the door. Due to its special design, it closes the door automatically.
  2. Transparent PVC mantle 3 mm thickness: Polar Type for operating at negative temperature from -20°C to 40°C

The absence of posts allows optimisation of the door opening, unlike the conventional "FLAP" doors. It is much more accessible compared to the traditional Strip Doors as it avoids the hassle of strips that fall against the operator, so passage is easier even when the user's hands are full.

They are easy to install and virtually maintenance-free.

The flap flexible doors in PVC, available in a double-door version, consist primarily of a sturdy structure in galvanised steel (painted or optional stainless steel) that sustains a flexible skirt of transparent PVC, suitable for use with positive temperatures or, upon request, with low temperatures, conveniently reinforced in high-stress points and complete with a torsion-spring reclosing mechanism.

They are available in 3 different versions:

  1. Manual (as described above), operates with a simple push
  2. Pneumatic touch, complete with actuation device consisting of two-way pneumatic pistons that allow the doors to open with a light push, in both directions, with a spring catch.

Rapid Fold door suitable for positive temperature between 0° and 35 ° C.

The door is CE certified according to EN 13241-1. It belongs to class 2 for wind pressure resistance. The primary safety against crushing is a safety edge. Secondary safety is ensured by photocells with sender/receiver technology installed on the frame.  Transparent windows in Cristal.
