INCOLD S.p.A. was founded in 1996 as a separate company and member of the Arneg group, devoted to the production of cold rooms.

A specialized technical team and the knowledge of the market acquired in the sphere of the group at the world level have enabled INCOLD to become a European reference in just a few years, in the field of commercial and industrial cold rooms, isothermal panels and isothermal doors.

A - Standard frame in plastic material, internally reinforced in steel, colour white; in the low temperature version it is equipped with anticondensation heating cable.

B - Standard leaf consisting of a sandwich panel in prepainted sheet RAL 9010 insulated with PUR density 41 kg/m3, perimetric rim in anodised aluminium with a seal gasket along its perimeter.

Thicknesses available:

  • 7 cm (mod.SC07)
  • 9 cm (mod. SC09) for TN doors,
  • for the low temperature versions the standard thickness is 12 cm (mod. SC12).

C - Standard sliding rail in anodized aluminium with carter in white prepainted aluminium.

D - Standard back rail for sliding and regulation, wall mounted, in anodized aluminium; it enables the sliding motion and the seal of the gasket, without additional accessories mounted to the floor that could be obstructive.

E - Threshold, connected to the frame, can be in 4 different types according to the required use of the door.

E - Internal frame in plastic material, colour white, placed on the internal side of the cold room, it permits a rapid fastening to the prefabricated panels.

E - Internal frame in white plastic, positioned on the inside of the cold room, allowing rapid fastening to the prefabricated panels.

Types of operation

Series SC.L sliding doors available for temperatures above +4°C with ΔT < 16°C with Relative Humidity < 60%.

SCL sliding doors consisting:

A - Standard frame consisting of a sandwich panel in prepainted sheet (RAL 9010) insulated with PUR density 4 KG/m3, perimetric rim in anodized aluminium with a seal gasket along its perimeter. Thickness 7 cm.

B - Sliding system (Rail + Glider) in anodized aluminum.

C - Fixed external handle, in composite plastic material with grip in AISI 304 stainless steel piping.

D - Fixed internal handle in luminescent plastic material.

E - Lower rail system in stainless steel.

F - Rim hole door (optional) in AISI 304 stainless steel U-shaped section bars.

Door for “Controlled Atmosphere” cold rooms for preservation and ripening where the internal temperature is not lower than -5°C; it guarantees the hermtic seal of the cold room.

A - Frame in plastic material internally reinforced in steel, white, with gasket tightening handwheels to ensure the gas seal.

B - Leaf consisting of a sandwich in prepainted sheet RAL 9010 insulated with PUR density 41 kg/m3, perimetric rim in aluminium with a gas seal gasket along its perimeter, with a standard thickness of 9 cm. An inspection porthole cm 70 x 90 H is mounted on the door leaf.

C - Sliding Rail in anodized aluminium with carter.

D - Back rail for sliding and regulation, wall mounted; it enables the sliding motion and the seal of the gasket, without additional accessories mounted to the floor that could be obstructive.

E - Threshold, connected to the frame, can be in 2 different types according to the required use of the door.

F - Internal frame placed on the internal side of the cold room permits rapid fastening to the prefabricated panels.

The automation for sliding doors SC type is based in a system with motorgear, thanks to the worm reduction gear, the door is manually-movable in case of power failure.

The motion transmission between the door leaf and the motorgear is via a toothed belt. The control box is made in white anti-corrosion IP65 ABS. The connections between the control and the motor are pre-wired thanks to a fast strong connector in the lower part of the ABS box.

The control software is an Incold exclusivity. The operating voltage is 220V, 50 Hz. The control of the door leaf positioning is controlled by an encoder installed in the motorgear. The adjustment of the door speed is controlled by an inverter and an encoder. A color display with

Touch screen technology, installed on the external side of the control box, allows to control the opening and closing of the door. Through the display you can easily adjust and control the door functions such as speedy, acceleration/ deceleration ramps, partial opening, automatic reclosing, count of the openings, status of the safety devices. The main crush-prevention safety device is a sensitive bar resistant type located on the vertical edge of the door leaf which, in case of collision with an obstacle, instantly blocks the door and reverses the motion, sending a signal to the panel by means of wireless system.

A “transmitter-receiver” photocell, in addition to the sensitive bar, prevents physical contact between the door leaf in motion and the obstacle, blocking the door instantly and reversing its motion in order to ensure the function and durability of the sensitive bar.

All doors model SC are in compliance with standard EN 13241-1 and 1 and are subject to initial type testing by a notified organization that has issued the marking. Therefore, all doors are marked with an identification label with the marking.

The PCE-E series of hinged doors, available on both positive and negative temperature models, consist of 4 essential parts as specified below.

A - Frame in plastic material internally reinforced in steel. In the low temperature version it is equipped with a heating element. It is complete with counterframe that serves to fasten it on prefabricated panels.

B - Leaf consisting of two supports in prepainted sheet white Ral 9010 surrounded by a profile in anodized aluminum with rigid polyurethane foam injected on the inside to act as thermal insulation. Along the edge in anodized aluminum, special rubber gasket guarantees the temperature seal. The hardware consists mainly of the exclusive handle model France, complete with key lock and luminescent safety release on the inside and one or more helical hinges, adjustable with screws. The leaf comes in three different thicknesses depending on the working temperature:

  • CE 07 TN for uses up to – 5°C
  • CE 09 BT for uses up to – 18°C
  • CE BT for uses up to – 30°C

C - Threshold, connected to the frame, can be in 4 different types according to the required use of the door.

D - Connecting profiles in stainless steel for fastening on prefabricated panels. An optional version has the counterframe in reinforced plastic material.

The two leaves PCE-2B series of hinged doors, available for both positive and negative temperature, consist in 4 essential parts as listed below:

A - Frame in plastic material internally reinforced in steel. In the low temperature version it is equipped with a heating cable.

B - Two leaves consisting of: two supports in pre-painted sheet white RAL9010 surrounded by an anodized aluminium profile, with rigid polyurethane foam injected on the inside to act as thermal isolation. Along the edge in anodized aluminium, is seated a special gasket which guarantees the temperature seal.

On the semi-fixed leaf there is a central doorstop profile which guarantees the temperature seal in central position. In the low temperature version the central doorstop profile is equipped of an anti-condensation heating cable. The hardware consist mainly of: rotating handle fixed on the moving leaf, complete with key lock and internal safety release; internally to the semi-fixed leaf there is a key lock type espagnolette bolt, which allow the locking of the leaf both on the inferior and superior part on the closing position; two helical hinges, for each leaf adjustable with screws.

The leaf is furnished in two different thicknesses depending on the working temperature:

  • CE2B 07 TN for uses up to -5°C
  • CE2B 09 BT for uses up to – 20°C

C - The threshold connected to the frame can be of 4 different types according to the required use of the door.

D - Connecting profiles in stainless steel for fastening on prefabricated panel. An optional version has the counter frame in reinforced plastic material.

The hardware consists mainly of the exclusive handle model LH, complete with key lock and luminescent safety release on the inside and one or more helical hinges, adjustable with screws.

The leaf comes in 2 different thicknesses depending on the working temperature:

  • CE 07 TN for uses up to – 5°C
  • CE 09 BT for uses up to – 20°C

C - Threshold, connected to the frame, can be in 6 different types according to the required use of the door.

D - Internal frame in plastic material, colour white, placed on the internal side of the cold room, it permits a rapid fastening to the prefabricated panels.

PSI-E semi-insulating doors are designed for internal installation in air-conditioned areas with minimum working temperatures ≥ 12°C, ΔT ≤ 12°C, R.H. ≤ 60%.

They can only be used as service doors and not for uses requiring a hermetic or thermal seal.

The semi-insulating doors of the PVV-PE & PVV-PEG line (to-and-from in high density polyethylene) are designed for installations in air-conditioned rooms with minimum working temperatures > 12 °C, ΔT < 12 °C, U.R. < 60% they can only be used as service entrances and not for uses requiring a hermetic and thermal seal.

They can be supplied for installation on panel or brick wall.

Rapid fold-up door for positive temperature installations between 0° and 45° C and indoors.

Self-repairing: in case of shock, hinges welded to the tarp exit from the vertical uprights. They retract on their own at the following opening. CE marked in accordance with EN 132411 standard.

Wind resistance: Class 3. The mantle covering is bound to the side uprights owing to a system of hinges welded sideways to the tarp; the latter slide inside the selflubricating polythene vertical guides. Safety: ensured by light curtain  with system consisting of transmitter and receiver, in accordance with EN 12445.
