The automation for sliding doors SC type is based in a system with motorgear, thanks to the worm reduction gear, the door is manually-movable in case of power failure.
The motion transmission between the door leaf and the motorgear is via a toothed belt. The control box is made in white anti-corrosion IP65 ABS. The connections between the control and the motor are pre-wired thanks to a fast strong connector in the lower part of the ABS box.
The control software is an Incold exclusivity. The operating voltage is 220V, 50 Hz. The control of the door leaf positioning is controlled by an encoder installed in the motorgear. The adjustment of the door speed is controlled by an inverter and an encoder. A color display with
Touch screen technology, installed on the external side of the control box, allows to control the opening and closing of the door. Through the display you can easily adjust and control the door functions such as speedy, acceleration/ deceleration ramps, partial opening, automatic reclosing, count of the openings, status of the safety devices. The main crush-prevention safety device is a sensitive bar resistant type located on the vertical edge of the door leaf which, in case of collision with an obstacle, instantly blocks the door and reverses the motion, sending a signal to the panel by means of wireless system.
A “transmitter-receiver” photocell, in addition to the sensitive bar, prevents physical contact between the door leaf in motion and the obstacle, blocking the door instantly and reversing its motion in order to ensure the function and durability of the sensitive bar.
All doors model SC are in compliance with standard EN 13241-1 and 1 and are subject to initial type testing by a notified organization that has issued the marking. Therefore, all doors are marked with an identification label with the marking.
Sandwich panels with tongue and groove joint produced on a continuous line shaper, in compliance with European regulation EN 14509, appropriate for the realization of cold rooms at both positive and negative temperatures. Labelled CE in compliance with European technical approval ETA 10/0001. The Bigsystem panels from the GS 112 Bs1 line are created to provide high thermal isolation performance, as well as mechanical resistance, a pleasing appearance, hygiene and easy assembly.
DONI®Pack 1.5 is designed for the dosing and packing of yogurt products in liquid form with hard coagulum or creamy form with broken coagulum. The process is completely automated and is controlled by sensors which stop the module in case of any failure. The plastic packaging has different shapes and weight, depending on the specific requirements of the client.
The weight is regulated in two ranges:
- volume doser from 50 g to 200 g;
- volume doser from 100 g to 500 g.
DONI®Pack 1.5 module requires CIP cleaning.
The module is designed to take the product out of the mould after pressing and to transport the mould to the conveyor belt which transports it for cleaning. The module is individually designed depending on the sizes of the moulds.
The module is designed for the extracting of the cooled product from the block moulds. The block mould is lifted from the draining board and transported above the product conveyor belt. The product is pushed out of the block mould with pneumatic pistons and taken away for packaging. The empty block mould is placed back on the draining board and transported for washing.
DONI®Mouldmatic PRD is integrated in automated lines for production of hard, semi hard and semi soft pasta filata type cheese.
The module is designed to remove the lid from the mould after pressing and to transport it to the conveyor belt which takes it to be washed. The module is individually designed depending on the sizes of the moulds.
The module is designed to control the flow during the draining process of DONI®O Vat SC and DONI®Open U Vat. The controlled movement of the module's u-tube from a vertical to a horizontal position ensures a steady flow of the curd-whey mixture. The control is carried out with a frequency regulator with sensors.
The module is a chain system for de-stacking. DONI®DeStifmat is fully automated and operates together with a conveyor belt. The stacks arrive in the module from a feeding conveyor belt or transporting trolley and continue one by one on the transporting conveyor belt. The design of the module depends on the size of the multi moulds and the number in the stack.
The module is cleaned locally.
Module for the stacking of block moulds The module is a chain system for the placing of block moulds in a stack that is transported for further processing. DONI Stifmat is fully automated and operates in combination with a feeding conveyor belt. The full stack is placed on a conveyor belt or a transportation trolley. The design of the module depends on the size of the block mould and the number in the stack.
