Uni-Tech organized master-classes for sausages production using Halal technology by German butcher Herr Dominik Jung who living and working in the UAE Sharjah at Khazat Meat Factory.
After degustation of German sausages we demostrated ABM Italy slicers and patty-formers, samples were packaged on an Italian Pack thermoforming machine, with SKIN and vacuum sealing technology
Our company has been awarded for the best stand design.
