Closing heads type GMZ-29 and GMW-29 are the devices co-operating with different types of closing machines. The magnetic heads serve to make closures of plastic bottles type PET using plastic caps with various numbers of cuttings (notches), diameter range of 22 ÷ 113 mm.
Technical description
- Closing heads type GMZ–29 and GMW–29 are equipped with magnetic clutches which enable precise regulation of tightening torque within range 0 ÷ 50 Nm.
- The heads ensure repeatability of closings within range ± 1,5 Nm.
- The heads are made completely of stainless steel.
- The clutches are produced using NEODYM type magnets of very long stability.
- Above mentioned heads are to be used in equipment of middle and large productivity.
