Can produce single sausages, string of sausages (2 or more pieces , with or without loop at the tip) or ring sausages (both tips linked with string). Programmable from HMI screen. Our exclusive clip centering system reduces casing tension drastically, preventing casing burst and closing the clip on product axis. PLC allows setting several parameters and options to optimize production and adapt the process to every type of product and casing. Pneumatic brake can modify the applied pressure during filling and clipping, so K5-100 clipper is even more polyvalent.

Just by inserting the casing in the opening, still holding the sausage with both hands, the H5 automatically gathers the casing together, closes it with an aluminium clip and trims off the excess material.

IT VACUUM PACKS ANY PRODUCT INTRODUCED IN A PLASTIC BAG AND CLOSES IT INSIDE THE CHAMBER WITH AN ALUMINIUM CLIP.

By the sole introduction of the product in upright position inside the chamber, and after closing the door, the HELVAC performs the entire vacuum packing process, the clipping and trimming of the excess bag material. Finally, the door opens automatically.

The variant HELVAC 940 has the same features of the HELVAC, but with a longer vacuum chamber.

STARTING FROM A SPOOL OF ARTIFICIAL CASING, THE NUDO AUTOMÁTICA PERFORMS TOTAL AUTOMATICALLY THE PLEATING, TYING, CUTTING, AT THE SELECTED SIZE. AT THE END OF THE PROCESS, IT LEAVES THE PRODUCTS HANGING UP BY A LOOP.
