Aerial rail support structure. All of the aerial rails (bleeding, slaughtering, chambers, passageways, etc.) are supported by a framework, hung between spacers.
Depending on the quantity and type of animal to be hung on the rails, the number of kilos/metre can be calculated to work out the correct framework for the structure, then the type of rails can be decided.
Made up of:
Tubular columns with plates to anchor them to the floor.
IPN profile rails, joined to the columns with grippers and joined to each other with connecting plates.
Supports for curved pieces.
Screws to attach the different parts together. This type of construction aboids the need for welding, which can often cause problems with rust between the joined parts.
Made of back steel with a hot-dip galvanised finish.
slaughter lines, in chambers, cutting plants, loading docks, walkways and refrigerated trucks.
RUNNING RAIL
Running rail consisting of two U-shaped 50x29 mm rails, which are made of AGST5 aluminium alloy, with a guiding surface for the carts and T-slot to allow the support brackets to be attached with bolts without welding or drilling.
DETOURS
Consisting of two U-shaped 50x29 mm rails, which are made of AGST5 aluminium alloy, with a guiding surface for the carts and T-slot to allow the support brackets to be attached with bolts without welding or drilling.
45° detours with 2 tracks
90° detours with 2 tracks
90° detours with 3 tracks
CURVES
Consisting of two U-shaped 50x29 mm rails, which are made of AGST5 aluminium alloy, with a guiding surface for the carts and T-slot to allow the support brackets to be attached with bolts without welding or drilling.
Radius 350 mm.
Placed underneath the sections where the rail needs to change directions.
There are two types: 45° curves and 90° curves.
HOLES
Places in the detours and used to choose the track the hook should move on to. They are made of a pallet, screwed onto the detour, with a nylon cord that is pulled to move the pallet and close one of the detour routes. In this way. when the hook reaches this point, it will only find one rail to move onto.
OPTIONAL: pneumatic power. A small pneumatic piston is included with the hole and. using a manual valve, the hole can be moved to open or close the track.
BRACE PLATES
Used to attach the rail to the secondary structure, and to keep them parallel with a gap of 18 mm between the two rails that make up the track. U-shaped, with a groove in the upper part for the support screws for the brace plate, with win screws on the lower part for the support bolts on the rail brace plate.
Made of L-2640 aluminium.
The distance between the brace plates for the track determines the load the track can support:

SCREWS
All the elements that make up the dual rail systems are joined together with screws. There are two types:
Screws to support the brace plates and attach them to the supporting beams, made up of bolts that can be attached to the brace place and support beam. Aluminium nails and stainless steel screws.
Screws to support the rail and the brace plates, made of special screws that can be inserted into the rail groove and are tightened using a wrench. These screws are made of stainless steel.
BRACE PLATES FOR TRUCKS
Used to attach the rail to the truck, and to keep them parallel with a gap of 18 mm between the two rails that make up the track. U-shaped, with a groove in the upper part for the support screws for the brace plate, with wing screws on the lower part for the support bolts on the rail brace plate.
Made of AISI-304 stainless steel.

TRUCK ENTRANCE
Consisting of two U-shaped 50x29 mm rails, which are made of AGST5 aluminium alloy, with a guiding surface for the carts and T-slot to allow the support brackets to be attached with bolts without welding or drilling.
Places at the truck entrance, to be able to place the hooks on different levels within the truck.
Metre of tubular track in galvanised steel, formed by a tube sections, welded to suspension side links which are fixed to the structure using screws and nails.
Used lo keep cattle still while they are slaughtered in accordance with halal ritual practices. Can also be used for the traditional sticking method of slaughter.
Technical details:
The animal arrives through a guillotine door at the back, which works using a pneumatic piston.
The inner pusher works using a hydraulic piston, and has 2 movements: it moves down onto the back of the animal and pushes it forwards, adapting to the length of the animal and ensuring the head is inserted through the bleed hole. There is an opening in the ceiling to stick the animal, if using the traditional sticking slaughter method.
The box can rotate by 180 degrees, powered by a hydraulic motor, which turns the animal face up.
Restraining brace for the animal's head, powered by a hydraulic piston, which locks the head in place and keeps it away from the neck, allowing the throat to be easily slit.
Hinged side door, powered by a hydraulic piston, which expels the animal.
The floor can be tilted, powered by a hydraulic piston, at the same time the expulsion door opens, which helps the carcass fall.
Control panel with manual switches that can operate all the machine movements.
Made of hot-dip galvanised steel. Protective equipment, other small elements and screws made of stainless steel.
Options:
Adjustable machine
The machine can be mounted on a rotating plate, in order to better position the animal for slaughter.
Used on the cattle slaughter lines to keep the animal in place while it is stunned.
Made up of:
Guillotine door open by pneumatic piston
Side door to remove the animal manual tilting through a pneumatic piston
Retractable floor, works using the same piston as the side exit door, with simultaneous tilting to help the carcass fall.
Made of hot-dip galvanised steel.
Options:
Head restraint.
System to restrain the head of the cattle inside the knocking box, while it is stunned
Made up of:
Hinged upper gate that opens downwards to push the animal forward, which works with a hydraulic cylinder,
Hinged front gate in a V-shape, adapted to the neck of the carcass, which moves upwards to keep the animal’s neck in place, and works with a hydraulic cylinder.
Hydraulic power and electrical panel used to control the hydraulic mechanisms.
