The new series of Extruders model MAC4000 has been engineered and manufactured by highly technological series equipment, thus being particularly suitable for the production of special shapes of high quality pasta. The fully automatic and independent Extruder is equipped with all components required for running on board of the machine, among which Cooling plant by closed-loop temperature-control system, vacuum pump and electric control panel. The Extruders are equipped with reliable and modern components connected to a running-friendly electronics but they also keep all those traditional processes unchanged that enable to obtain really high quality product. This can be obtained thanks to use of a proper and exclusive, patented Centrifuge pre-mixer, double mixing basin enabling sufficient hydration times and compression screw made by variable geometry, special profiling.

  • PLC for accurate control of raw materials dosing devices, setting of recipes and production lots;
  • N.2 working stations equipped with “soft touch” panels at the operator’s disposal for total control of the Extruder functions (dosages, speeds, levels, alarms, safety);
  • Double mixing basin in stainless steel and “total vacuum” extrusion device fitted to the extrusion basin;
  • Extrusion group driven by parallel-axle gearbox and thrust bearing in oil bath, equipped with compression screw by differentiated profiling between the loading area and the compression area;

  • Hydraulic power unit used for automatic extraction of compression screw and pasta die;

ITALPAST has developed the concept of PRE-MIXER to amalgamate and homogeneously mix all ingredients making up the dough to reach even distribution of the liquids used to wet flour during the subsequent mixing phase. Besides improving the dough mixtures, something which has been tested first in our lab experimentally and then from a practical point of view during production, another great advantage of the pre-mixer T300 are functional capacity and efficiency while cleaning and sanitization operations are carried out.

Pasta machine operating electro-pneumatically, engineered for automatic stacking of trays arriving from either a tray feeder, a nesting machine or a skein forming machine, onto the dryers trolleys, so as to reach maximum efficiency in production lines for short dry pasta and long pasta, either nested or skeined.
Equipped with innovative pneumatic system for trolley evacuation at the end of the loading cycle, system for tray handling through translation chains and guides for tray support enabling the stacker to operate even when the operator and/or the trolley is/are temporarily absent.
Structure and protection nets are made entirely in stainless steel.

Standard version complete with the following:

  • pneumatic piston for trolley evacuation and flashing light signal to draw the operator's attention;
