The company was founded 1990 in Haskovo, Bulgaria with the idea to develop as a producer of equipment for the dairy industry.
The first equipment produced by DONIDO® is a pasteurizer for a dairy factory.
The first production line, created a year later was for production of the traditiona l for Bulgaria white cheese. Two years later the young company invested in two milk processing factories, where it experimented its new products, and developed new technologies. Through the years, with quick steps, DONIDO® is entering in all technological processes of the dairy industry, combining the best traditions of the old cheese makers with the newest technologies.
DONIDO® is the biggest producer of equipment and lines for the dairy industry in Bulgaria.
With its consecutive development policy and the proposed solutions we became a gold standard for the industry. The trademark DONIDO® is present in almost every Bulgarian dairy company.
There are 150 highly qualified specialists in the company, who are working in all the different fields of the whole technological process.
The design departments are supplied with contemporary 3D computer design systems (CAD/CAM) which allow them to take the correct decision in the beginning phase of the planning and to create the best option for the client.
DONIDO® guaranties final product corresponding to the highest technical and hygiene requirements, conformable to the individual vision and main characteristics of the region.
The production facility in Haskovo, Bulgaria is equipped with modern machinery and technologies that guarantee quality of the products.

The module DONI®Pack 2.6 has two operational positions. It is designed for the packing of cottage cheese . The process is completely automated and is controlled by sensors which stop the module in case of failure of some of the operational positions. The packaging is plastic. It is available in different shapes and weights depending on the client's specific requirements.
The weight is regulated in two ranges:
- volume doser 50 g to 200 g;
- volume doser from 100 g tо 500 g.
The module DONI®Pack 2.6 requires CIP cleaning.

The module DONI®Pack 1.3 is designed for the packing of cottage cheese. The process is completely automated and is controlled by sensors which stop the module in case of failure. The packaging is plastic. It is available in different shapes and weights depending on the client's specific requirements.
The weight is regulated in two ranges:

- volume doser from 100 g tо 500 g.

The process is fully automated and is monitored by sensors which will stop the module if any of the manufacturing stages fail.

-volume doser from 100 g to 500 g.

The module is designed to take the product out of the mould after pressing and to transport the mould to the conveyor belt which transports it for cleaning. The module is individually designed depending on the sizes of the moulds.

The module is designed for the extracting of the cooled product from the block moulds. The block mould is lifted from the draining board and transported above the product conveyor belt. The product is pushed out of the block mould with pneumatic pistons and taken away for packaging. The empty block mould is placed back on the draining board and transported for washing.
DONI®Mouldmatic PRD is integrated in automated lines for production of hard, semi hard and semi soft pasta filata type cheese.

The module is designed to remove the lid from the mould after pressing and to transport it to the conveyor belt which takes it to be washed. The module is individually designed depending on the sizes of the moulds.

The module is designed to control the flow during the draining process of DONI®O Vat SC and DONI®Open U Vat. The controlled movement of the module's u-tube from a vertical to a horizontal position ensures a steady flow of the curd-whey mixture. The control is carried out with a frequency regulator with sensors.

The module is a chain system for de-stacking. DONI®DeStifmat is fully automated and operates together with a conveyor belt. The stacks arrive in the module from a feeding conveyor belt or transporting trolley and continue one by one on the transporting conveyor belt. The design of the module depends on the size of the multi moulds and the number in the stack.
The module is cleaned locally.
