The Transparent Flexible Doors of the CFD series are an effective barrier to the passage of air through isothermal doors in the event they remain open due to intensive traffic, whether pedestrian or trolleys. They offer maximum protection against heat loss, controlling energy consumption.

They are also a valid solution in case a dividing door with maximum visibility is required.

The CFD series doors are available in the single- or double-leaf versions, consisting of:

  1. A special stainless steel and aluminium gravity hinge with two-way rotation forms the load-bearing structure of the door. Due to its special design, it closes the door automatically.
  2. Transparent PVC mantle 3 mm thickness: Polar Type for operating at negative temperature from -20°C to 40°C

The absence of posts allows optimisation of the door opening, unlike the conventional "FLAP" doors. It is much more accessible compared to the traditional Strip Doors as it avoids the hassle of strips that fall against the operator, so passage is easier even when the user's hands are full.

They are easy to install and virtually maintenance-free.

The PCE-E series of hinged doors, available on both positive and negative temperature models, consist of 4 essential parts as specified below.

A - Frame in plastic material internally reinforced in steel. In the low temperature version it is equipped with a heating element. It is complete with counterframe that serves to fasten it on prefabricated panels.

B - Leaf consisting of two supports in prepainted sheet white Ral 9010 surrounded by a profile in anodized aluminum with rigid polyurethane foam injected on the inside to act as thermal insulation. Along the edge in anodized aluminum, special rubber gasket guarantees the temperature seal. The hardware consists mainly of the exclusive handle model France, complete with key lock and luminescent safety release on the inside and one or more helical hinges, adjustable with screws. The leaf comes in three different thicknesses depending on the working temperature:

  • CE 07 TN for uses up to – 5°C
  • CE 09 BT for uses up to – 18°C
  • CE BT for uses up to – 30°C

C - Threshold, connected to the frame, can be in 4 different types according to the required use of the door.

D - Connecting profiles in stainless steel for fastening on prefabricated panels. An optional version has the counterframe in reinforced plastic material.

The flap flexible doors in PVC, available in a double-door version, consist primarily of a sturdy structure in galvanised steel (painted or optional stainless steel) that sustains a flexible skirt of transparent PVC, suitable for use with positive temperatures or, upon request, with low temperatures, conveniently reinforced in high-stress points and complete with a torsion-spring reclosing mechanism.

They are available in 3 different versions:

  1. Manual (as described above), operates with a simple push
  2. Pneumatic touch, complete with actuation device consisting of two-way pneumatic pistons that allow the doors to open with a light push, in both directions, with a spring catch.
  3. Electro-pneumatic, complete with actuation device consisting of one-way pneumatic pistons that allow the doors to open, in a single direction, following the activation of a remote control such as a photocell, radar, metal detector, button or pull-cord, with a torsion-spring reclosing system.

Rapid Fold door suitable for positive temperature between 0° and 35 ° C.

The door is CE certified according to EN 13241-1. It belongs to class 2 for wind pressure resistance. The primary safety against crushing is a safety edge. Secondary safety is ensured by photocells with sender/receiver technology installed on the frame.  Transparent windows in Cristal.

The motorgear is provided with encoder, safety catch device, and crank to open the door manually. Frame: galvanized sheet. The electrical control box is IP65 of painted metal sheet, complete with inverter, emergency button and pre-wired main switch.

DONI®Receive is a milk reception module that transports, de-aerates under vacuum and measures the volume of milk. It collects and stores the data of the volumetric measurement. The vacuum tank is gravity filled with milk from the transportation tank - level difference should be a minimum of 500mm. When the inlet of DONI Receive is positioned higher than the outlet of the transportation tank, a pump should be used. The pump is used only to start the process and then it is turned off.
The level sensors, valves and frequency controlled main pump system deaerates the milk and transports it to the storage tanks. Deaeration is done in vacuum, which is created by changes in the milk level in the vacuum tank. The vacuum for the de-aeration process is created by changes in the milk level in the vacuum tank.
Milk flow is measured by a electromagnetic flow meter, installed after the main pump. A plate cooler and milk filters can be added to the system as an option. DONI®Receive is generally used in medium and large dairy factories.

The horizontal cooling tanks are designed for indoor installation. They are connected to the farm's milking installation. The relevant milk quantity is filled depending on the model.
DONI®Cool V 2M – can be filled twice and DONI®Cool V 4M can be filled 4 times. The module operates in automatic mode. When the temperature reaches 4°С the refrigerator installation automatically switches off and the module goes into waiting mode. The next batch is added only when the previous one has been cooled. The cooled milk is transported with a pump. The tanks are equipped with laser welded or electro spot welded jackets at the lower part of the cylindrical body, where the cooling agent circulates.
DONI®Cool H is supplied with:
- adjustable support;
- low velocity agitator;
- manhole;
- control panel;
- refrigerator /a brand preferred by the client/.
The module is cleaned automatically with a built in cleaning system.

When operated with bulk starter culture, the module DONI®Ferment Plus doses in line or in predefined volumes the quantity required for the manufacturing process. Systems of valves, flow metres and a microprocessor control the process. After every dosing cycle, when stopping is necessary or the starter culture is being changed, the module's automatic program for local cleaning turns on. Water at a temperature of 70°- 75°С is poured into the tank where the installed dosing pumps pump alkali, acid and disinfectant. The cleaning cycle is pre-programmed. During this process the pipe line which is used to feed the starter culture towards the specified equipment is also cleaned.
The module is suitable for medium and large sized factories.

The module is designed for automated dosing of liquid and viscose additives (such as jam, vegetable fat etc.) which can be done before or after the heat processing of the product. When the additives are sterile they can be fed in doses or in line, just before packaging. DONI®Liquid Plus is integrated in the production lines of drinking fruit milk and yogurt. The module contains two cone hoppers which allow the continuous cycle of operation with two different additives. When operated with sterile jam the hoppers should be aseptic. A system of valves, flow meter and micro-processing control ensures precise dosing in line or in defined volumes. The Module requires CIP washing. It is suitable for medium and large sized dairy factories.

DONI®Dry Plus 10 is designed for the dosed dissolving of dry additives in milk or for restoring powder milk in the production of yogurt and other dairy products. The dry additives are placed in the hopper of DONI®Dry Plus 10. There is a screw conveyor installed on the base which feeds the dry ingredients evenly towards a 50 l silo with an integrated injector at the bottom (Venturi tube). The liquid (water or milk) where the additives are dissolved is pumped through the injector. The high speed of the flow and the pressure difference at the inlet and the outlet creates a vacuum which sucks the dry ingredients in evenly. The prepared mixture is then fed with or without de-aeration into DONI®Tank for storage and processing.
The maximum saturation of the mixture is 30% dry matter in the whole of the entire mixture. If the process requires a higher content of dry matter the ready mixture is re-circulated. For more effective dissolving of the dry additives DONIDO® recommends the liquid where the additives are added to be heated to 50°С at the inlet of DONI®Dry Plus 10. It should then be cooled for storage at 4°- 6°С at the outlet. For best results DONIDO® installs a vacuum de- aerator after the module for foam removing.
DONI®Dry Plus 10 connects to DONI®Tank, where the prepared mixture is stored. Three tanks are necessary to be able to provide continuous operation.
DONI®Dry Plus 10 will be suitable for CIP cleaning if a second return pump is included. It is suitable for medium and large sized dairy factories.

DONI®Deair is an integrated module for vacuum de-aeration and it operates together with DONI®Therm. The milk which has been heated to 68°С flows tangentially in a tank under vacuum of 0,7 atm.These conditions cause intensive evaporation where finely dispersed air separates (evaporates) from the product. The vapour condenses in the condenser and returns. The air separation improves the operation of DONI®Therm and prevents the build up of carbon deposit in the high temperature section. It also prolongs the period between two cleaning cycles.
When DONI®Deair operates without a condenser then a significant part of the product's water content evaporates. This part can reach 2%. If that occurs the module effectively removes the undesired milk odour and improves the quality of the final product.
The module is designed for CIP cleaning.

DONI®Process is a vertical cylindrical tank with insulation and welded sheath, closed with two cone shaped bases. On the upper base there are: a manhole, an aseptic module and a gear motor of the stirring mechanism. The specifically designed stirring mechanism ensures best results and protection of the coagulum. If during fermentation or later the temperature cycle needs corrections, the module is supplied with heating-cooling elements and an autonomous system for slow heating. A valve for taking samples is installed in DONI®Process. The valve can be sterilised. The DONI®Process frame requires CIP cleaning. The standard order of volumes manufactured by DONIDO® are:

For the manufacturing of yogurt with hard coagulum DONI®Process is supplied with a propeller stirring mechanism. The standard order is recommended when choosing equipment, however, it does not limit your options. Different options can be negotiated.
