In the territory of Parma, headquarters of the European authority for the alimentary safety and core of the Italian Food Valley, our company engineers and manufactures machines and plants for the production of all types of alimentary pasta, from the more traditional type using durum wheat flour to the pasta produced with special flours, such as corn and rice flour.

Be it dry pasta, fresh pasta, filled pasta, thermally-treated pasta or pre-cooked pasta for ready meals nowadays all the pasta world has a precious point of reference in Italpast.

Starting from the eighties Italpast have reached many targets thanks to the results of their research: increase in production outputs, reduction in servicing costs, higher returns on investments, full functional capacity of use, sanitization, automation in processing.
From the “simplest” pasta machine to the more complex production line we process your project and raise a layout on the basis of your specific requirements, fully exploiting our know-how while drawing up the most differentiated production plants.

As to research and development of products typology and production process Italpast have co-operated with different companies and research institutes to create various labs for production of special pasta, i.e. “functional” pasta (gluten-free, with high protein contents) with a view to reducing to the minimum the processing impact on the raw materials and exploit their organoleptic and nutritional properties at the same time.

Automatic machine for the production of double-sheet ravioli of any shapes and sizes, also customized. Simple to operate, easy replacement of the mould and change of filling, fast cleaning

Modern design, complete with speed variator, responding to any production requirements of medium-size pasta factories.
This machine can operate coupled with sheeters and/or in direct coupling with extruders.

By easily fitting the suitable moulds, any shapes can be obtained: square, rectangular, round, half-moon and specialties such as “sebadas”, “empanada”, “pierogi” "vareniki" "pelmeni" or special sizes like fish, Christmas tree and many other shapes upon request.
Filling of any consistencies is automatically dosed by piston dosage unit enabling to adjust quantity that is injected into the product.

The patented moulds can be also easily opened for washing and cleaning.
Easy replacement of shapes and types of filling added to the sturdy frame, reliability and simple operation makes mod. RA 120 the best expression of a ravioli forming machine.

The PA Pasteurizers have been engineered to make it possible for fresh pasta producers with limited production capacity to exploit the pasteurization technology. The pasta pasteurization process has been developed and refined by Italpast for the big fresh and filled pasta production lines of the industrial type.

The pasteurization treatment for fresh pasta is obtained by saturated steam, generated inside the machine itself directly below the conveyor belt, which is equipped with stainless steel net.

  • The evaporation basin can be heated up by liquid gas or methan gas (model PA /G) or by electrical heating elements (model PA /E). The pasta machine design is very compact, so as to enable use in the smallest possible rooms; also, the machine is easily accessible for washing and cleaning operations. 
  • All panelling is made in stainless steel. 
  • Quartz lamps and fans are installed after the pasteurisation basin to pre-dry the product after pasteurisation. The main motor-drive is equipped with mechanical speed variator enabling variation of the pasteurization time.

The machine can operate with fillings of various consistence, and is equipped with speed variator to ensure easy coupling with the forming machines for filled pasta. 
Structure completely in stainless steel, dismountable and washable. 
Equipped with the following: basin for receipt of filling with scrapers and continuous feeding screw, lobe- dosing pump completely dismountable and washable.
