In the territory of Parma, headquarters of the European authority for the alimentary safety and core of the Italian Food Valley, our company engineers and manufactures machines and plants for the production of all types of alimentary pasta, from the more traditional type using durum wheat flour to the pasta produced with special flours, such as corn and rice flour.

Be it dry pasta, fresh pasta, filled pasta, thermally-treated pasta or pre-cooked pasta for ready meals nowadays all the pasta world has a precious point of reference in Italpast.

Starting from the eighties Italpast have reached many targets thanks to the results of their research: increase in production outputs, reduction in servicing costs, higher returns on investments, full functional capacity of use, sanitization, automation in processing.
From the “simplest” pasta machine to the more complex production line we process your project and raise a layout on the basis of your specific requirements, fully exploiting our know-how while drawing up the most differentiated production plants.

As to research and development of products typology and production process Italpast have co-operated with different companies and research institutes to create various labs for production of special pasta, i.e. “functional” pasta (gluten-free, with high protein contents) with a view to reducing to the minimum the processing impact on the raw materials and exploit their organoleptic and nutritional properties at the same time.

Pasta extruders equipped with double basin suitable for continuous production of fresh pasta equipped with speed variator enabling variable output, particularly suitable for direct coupling with machines for ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti production. Entirely built in stainless steel they are to the international, hygienical and safety rules.

Vacuum version

Special version with vacuum extrusion device enabling to obtain more homogeneous dough and final product which is more colourful and air bubble-free.

Models equipped with the following:

  • automatic pasta cutter;
  • fan for pre-drying of pasta;
  • dismountable shafts of mixers.

Optionals:

  • vacuum extrusion device and relevant pump;

Suitable for short pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini and cappelletti. The different regulation systems which this machine is equipped with enable the highest versatility and use in all fresh or dry pasta production fields. The first pre-drying phase is important to retain shape and colour of the product: this occurs thanks to correct ventilation and efficient heating device

Engineered to be part of semi-automatic and automatic production lines for dry and fresh pasta. The most complete and reliable extruder of its range. Model available with vacuum-fitted basin to remove air air parcels

The consolidated experiences with models MAC-320 was renovated together with the patented centrifugal pre-mixing technology. The result is this more than 320 kgs per hour producing unit, which is continuous and producing superior quality pasta (short, long or sheet pasta).  The MAC-320 VRC version is suitable for production of short pasta with round vertical head.
