Working Principle

Vibrating process is maintained by means of vibro-motors, which are placed in the center of gravity of the machine. The grain feeding chamber and body which are mounted on the rubber shock absorbers by vibrating together and driven by vibro-motors convey the product into midsection of inlet. The grain is separated uniformly on the entire surface of the screen by means of an adjustable regulating gate.

Roller Adjustment Technology™ is an innovative technology ensuring efficient and consistent grinding operation, via detecting real time operation of the roller mechanisms by its ELS (Electronic Control System).

Feed Roll Capacitance Sensor

Feed Roll Capacitance Sensor; enables the machine to measure the product level in the feed bunker and adjust the feed roll’s speed accordingly.

This enables the machine to prevent product chokes and ensures uniform product feed during the machine operation.

Moreover, it halts the feed rolls, when there is no product in the feed bunker or flow thru the feed rolls.

Spreading Paddle System

Spreading Paddle System*, is a worm gear which allows the homogenous product distribution of grain over the feed rolls for better and efficient grinding process.

*Spreading System is available only in the break passages.

Auto Feed Roller Gap Adjustment System

Auto Feed Roller Gap Adjustment System is repsonsible the proper dosage distribution of the grain to the each passage (break and reduction) for the efficient and homogenous grinding operation.

FlexiRoll System

FlexiRoll System enables the machine to extend the main roll gaps to prevent any potential roll damage that may be caused by the oversized particles which enters the grinding zone.

Main Roll Adjustment System

Main Roll Adjustment System is a precise and sensitive main roll gap adjustment mechanism with a manual adjustment.

Automatic option is also available upon request.

Rear Milling Roller Speed Sensor

Rear Milling Roller Speed Sensor is a precise and effective sensor to detect the revolution of the roller speed for the safety of both the machine and the operator during grinding process.

This enables the machine to prevent product chokes and ensures uniform product feed during the machine operation.

Moreover, it halts the feed rolls, when there is no product in the feed bunker or flow thru the feed rolls.

Perfectly suitable for the dissection industry and for the use in slaughterhouses is the K800. The dissection of pork, beef and venison is no problem for this bandsaw. Also in the fishing industry this model finds its use, especially for the dissection of frozen tuna and other big, frozen fish.

The K800 can be equipped selectively with sliding- or swivel doors and is, because of the different table variants, perfectly suitable for every kind of product.

Perfectly suitable for the dissection industry and for the use in slaughterhouses is the K800. The dissection of pork, beef and venison is no problem for this bandsaw. Also in the fishing industry this model finds its use, especially for the dissection of frozen tuna and other big, frozen fish.

The K800 can be equipped selectively with sliding- or swivel doors and is, because of the different table variants, perfectly suitable for every kind of product.

The K440H model, additionally to its working table, has a sliding table seated on ball bearings. Higher and larger products can not only be sawed, but also exact portioned and dissected, thanks to the extended cutting height and the stronger motor.

Selectively, the K440H can be equipped with a smaller RS-table (see table K440RS).

The K440RS is the biggest model of the RS-Line and is equipped with a table made of caster bearings. In combination with the optional second speed this model allows for a precise portioning of fresh and frozen meat parts and fish blocks. Selectively, the bandsaw can be equipped with a bigger working table.

Because of the edgewise tiltable sliding table the bandsaws of our RS-Line offer better access and allow for an optimal hygienic cleaning.

The table of the K430RT consists of caster bearings. With this model is highly suitable for the dissection of bigger parts as the table facilitates the moving of big products enormously. The high performance bandsaw cuts clean and effortlesly through fresh meat as well as bones and frozen meat parts or fish blocks.
